Delivery Information

With a combination of cars and motor bikes, we are able to deliver as per schedule. Currently our delivery range is limited to areas within the Greater Kumasi Metropolis.

Walk In

Our walk-in shop is located at Deduako near Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Our Ghana Post Digital Address is AK-677-5454. You can walk in and buy available fresh food products at your convenience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Kindly ensure that you pass through the shop and pick up your order on time. 

  • The shop closes at 7pm. After 7pm, we will not be available to attend to your order.

  • If you are unable to show up by 7pm, we will do our best to keep the products fresh but we will not be held liable for any spoilage.

  • We may send reminders via text/mail/call.

  • Come along with a soft or hard copy of your invoice. (This will be sent to your mail when you place your order.)

  • Choose a day that is most suitable for you to receive the order.

  • Please ensure where you will receive your order is within the area you chose from the list. 

  • Our delivery does not go beyond the specified areas. 

  • Revolfoods will send you a reminder on your chosen day to receive the order.

  • Our delivery team will contact you an hour before they set off. 

  • Please be available to receive your order when the delivery personnel gets to your selected location.

  • Our delivery team will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after which they will leave the order at your selected delivery point.

  • Revolfoods will not be held liable for any spoilage or loss of products.
